lg customer service - top load washer


I have a lg washer and dryer. I called lg customer service. I explained the problem I was having. The paint was pitting and changing from the slite gray to a black color. The first operator said there was nothing they could do. I bought the washer and dryer in June, It is December know. I asked to speak to his supervisor. I was transfered to a department call the Executive department. I talked to a Executive Supervisor, who setup an appointment with one of there lg

tech, who never showed. He gave me a 4 hour window between 8am - 12am. I called lg back twice to see what time he was coming in, they said he was in route the first time and on the last call said he had already trying to contact me and is not coming. I never received a call or anything I asked for his number they did not give it to me. They called another service guy who had never worked on the new top loader washer. He order the part. I had to wait another week to have this service guy come over, while doing the repair work he cause another problem, had to order another part 3rd week a total of 16 hours of my day. He is still here righ now working on the washer. I called lg customer service again talked to guy name " Freddie" said according to there policy, if the product does not work properly I would need to go after the repair service that lg sent out, lg would not be responsible of replacing the washer. The only thing I was asking was that the guy they sent out had no expereance on this type of lg top load washer and what happens if he does not repair washer correctly, and the amount of hours that I had personly had spent on this repair. I am late for work today and this guy has been here for over 3 hrs. Making a simple repair. He is gone know he never got a chance to repair the dryer, he said he hear a ticking nosie but did not want to take it apart becaues of how hard the washer was to repair I am not happy with any part of lg's customer service or repair. It looks to me like this company will do anything not to replace there product.
