Worst appliance ever made

Bought this washer in Sept 2014. Flooded first floor in June 2015. These appliances are junk. Going to donate both washer and dryer and buy new appliances from a reputable manufacturer. Run as fast as you can from this garbage. No attention to detail in design or actual fabrication. May as well have donated 2500 bucks to charity and bought reliable appliances because in the future that is the plan. Home Depot talks so highly of these. Do they not read reviews like this?
