This is the worst experience I have had with any refrigerator After buying a new expensive LG french door refrigerator (Model: LFX33975ST/02, Serial # 304KRRE1Y558) in Aug 2013, we have had SO MANY issues with the refrigerator starting within 4 months of buying it and having them come out to try and fix the same issues over and over again: 1) Water dispenser leaking 2) Ice maker not dispensing 3) Crisper drawer freezing my vegetables (for months now) I now have the same issues again since Dec 29th and still wating for them to get addressed and being told that the refrigerator cannot be replaced because it is outside the manufacturer's 1 yr warranty (event though we saw the same issues within 4 months of buying it ) !! Massachusetts has a lemon law.. maybe time to call a lawyer ???

I too am a LG Victim. I paid almost $4,000 for an LG refrigerator. The compressor went out and three weeks later, I am told the authorized service center FORGOT to order the parts. Now there is a 21 day back-order on the parts.

LG and the Tucson "Authorized Service Center''(520)904-1448 all tell me there is nothing they are willing to do to get my refrigerator fixed in a timely manner.

Original repair call was placed o February 5, 2015. They would not even send a technician until February 9th. Finally arrived, then forgot to order the parts. I called back today, February 23, 2015 to find out what was taking so long and was told they forgot to order the parts and not I am looking at not getting a working refrigerator until the end of March.

Anyone else get screwed by LG? Horrible customer service in a 3rd world country that you can't even understand, and then when you do finally get connected to someone in the U.S. they tell you you're just out of luck.

Stay away from everything this company mankes. If they care that little about customer satisfaction, let's put them out of business.
