2 Year Old Fridge with no power - LFC23760ST


My 2 year old LG french door fridge broke on Wednesday, June 15th. Called LG and Home Depot Extended Service Dept and they dispatched a tech Monday, June 21st.
The technician discovered that the main controller board is fried and needs to be replaced. This is where it gets interesting, the tech states that this is common and can't find the part at parts distribution centers. He may need to get the part from Korea which will take some time. As of this writing, I will be with no fridge for at least a week or two..something that will make me consider if I should get another LG product.
