  • Poor LG customer service

    My 2 months lg g3 mobile has an issue in charging when i went to the customer service in Abu dhabi branch it was the worst service i have ever seen. first the man wasn't at his office for about 10 minutes then he came and started asking me about the issue during my speech he answered the phone without any worries for my speech, when i asked him to check the power socket because i tried several chargers and the mobile didn't charge he said it's fine no problem with the socket he talked in bad way. this the first and last time to buy any lg appliance because of this bad after...   • No Warranty

    LG customer support (telephone) says you will not warranty my LG G2 phone, model LGD803 because I live in the US and not in Canada. I bought it on-line as an unlocked GSM phone and I use it in the US with Consumer Cellular as the carrier. The phone cannot be registered on-line because that model is not listed on the US support site and a US address cannot be entered on the Canadian support site.     LDE3037ST under warranty - problems with top oven. Starting calling for service on Saturday, June 28; continued June 29 and 30 and again this morning. Your customer service people are ineffective, difficult if not impossible and arrogant. I am now told it takes 3/5 days to locate someone to service this unit, even though we are in the largest coastline county in NC and the yellow pages are full of all kinds of authorized service companies.   • stainless French door refrig

    Submitted pics to you after I called and told you I had streaks on the drawer of my stainless French door with bottom drawer refrig. Tried every kind of cleaner and nothing got rid of the two 6 inch run streaks running down the drawer. If lg didn't cover cosmetic defects, why did you have me go thru all the trouble of taking detailed pics when you knew you wouldn't do anything about it to begin with. So much for customer service!!   • Home Depot

    We purchased all stainless steel LG; DW, convection range, SBS fridge and OTR microwave three years ago from Home Depot. The microwave had to be replaced almost immediately, the catch on the fridge door has been replaced three times (it’s broken again but they want us to pay this time) even though it originally broke under warranty, and now our touch panel on the range isn’t working (also the convection fan vibrates!).   • French Door Refrigerator

    We have had to replace our Lg French Door Refrigerator for the 3rd time in as many years. We had failures of the water line, ice maker, fridge gaskets (now redesigned )and freezer gaskets. Lg refused to honor their warranty, stating that with replacements, only the original warranty counts. Fortunately Best Buy did honor their extended warranty, but each time it took a full day off of work to wait for the delivery, unload the bad refrig/freezer, get the new one in and the old one out, and reload whatever food had not spoiled.     I purchased a LG refrigerator last year.I paid extra for the Premium Plan (5Yr). My refrigerator stopped working on3/8/10. The technician (Geek Squad) first appointment was on Thursday 3/11/10. After 5 minutes, I was advised that the problem the control box that needed to be replaced, and that it would not be available until 3/17/10.     my refrigerator broke after 6 months and I have been dealing with customer service for almost three weeks to get it replaced. Never buy an LG product. The company won't stand by their products. Customer service gives you the run around and takes forever at responding. The tech came to fix it twice and couldn't fix it.
