times and spoke to Mr. Johnson who promised to send a Service Engineer within 24 hrs. BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AT ALL BY YOUR PEOPLE and no service engineer visited us after any call.

However we have a service contract of Rs. 3000/year your service centre stopped giving any service; that means they don’t react on our complaints and don’t visit us to repair the machine

Finally your service people advised us to complaint at LG headquarters and ask for a new dishwashing machine.

So, with this letter I formal request you to provide a new LG Dishwasher LD-2152WH and take away the old malfunctioning machine.

I have contacted in the mean time the Consumer Rights Protection Council in Dindigul and they have advised me to file with them my two previous complaint letters and the bill of the machine which has been bought in December 2009 at Venus Electronics in Dindigul.

Nothing has happened since than (13-09-201) from your (LG) side.

I bought an other brand dishwasher and your LG dishwasher is standing for scrap. I will contact your scrap disposal department to get it disposed. I suppose I have even to pay for that. Useless company, useless machine, useless service, waste of money and time. I am happy I found this public blog to publish this bad experience with LG.
