LG DISHWASHER REPAIR (hopefully) with Extremely Poor Customer Care - LDG7561ST

Well, where do I start. I'll try not to be too negative - I like the LG products. Unfortunately, the technician, who you pay for up front, did not show on the scheduled appointment day. 2 hours on the phone that day. They tried to re-schedule for Friday after being very firm with them that no one would be home on Friday. Received a call from an overseas number leaving a message of the appointment scheduled for Friday. Called them back and told them that we wouldn't be there on Friday and re-scheduled for Monday. They would call to confirm what time. YEP, you guessed it........ no call. I called them at 10am as I hadn't heard anything. I have now been on the phone for 1 hour and 24 minutes. I have had to pay the fee again............have a new appointment booked for Wednesday June 25th.................WHAT. The 25th is Thursday. Now on hold again to confirm that the date I need is Wednesday 24th. The payment processor had to put me back to dispatch, but ended up putting me through to the start of the phone cycle again and I hear "LIFE"S GOOD". I'm currently hard pushed to let you know what I may do if I hear that message again.

Still on hold at 1 hour and 36 minutes and I'm going to sign off here, before I get a little bitter and nasty!!! Have a Lovely Life's Good Day!!
