LG BROKEN WASHER & DRYER - LG front loader washer
Our LG washer & dryer died approx. 1 year from purchase. LG sent a service person out. He saw that the washer & dryer were stacked and left. LG then had Tekniton contact us. 3 weeks later, still no parts or service despite numerous calls to both. Calls to Home Depot where they were purchased didn't work either. After talking to the (lack of) customer service at LG, I feel that they don't care about the customer and just want the money for a real crappy product. I won't buy any LG product again and I urge you to boycott them also.
